Return Policy

At Sanathimani, all our dresses are crafted by experienced tailors with over 20 years of expertise. We adhere strictly to the measurements and any additional alteration requests provided by our customers. Please ensure that you follow the instructions on our Measurement Guide page carefully to ensure an accurate fit. Additionally, we leave extra fabric in the seams to accommodate any minor changes in size due to weight fluctuations.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for returned products. However, a credit note equivalent to the value of the returned item will be issued.

Damaged Goods Due to Shipping: We take great care in ensuring that all products are delivered defect-free. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will not accept returns for damage reported after this time frame unless covered by product warranty.

In the rare event of a shipping-related issue, please take clear photos/videos of the damaged item, along with proof of damage documentation from the courier. Send these details to sanathimaniofficial@gmail.com. Our team will assess the damage, and if it is confirmed, we will repair the item at no cost to you. Please note that shipping charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the damage is caused by us.

Wrong Size or Color: Our designers create each dress with precision, and we take all necessary steps to ensure your order is made according to your exact measurements. If you follow the Measurement Guide instructions, your dress will be made to fit perfectly. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong size or color, you are eligible for an exchange. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the dress to us.

If the issue is due to incorrect measurements provided by you, we are unable to offer a refund. Please note, we do not offer replicas of designer dresses. Instead, we provide unique, customized dresses based on the inspiration you provide, combined with our signature touches to ensure you look your best.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of its approval or rejection for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. Afterward, reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sanathimaniofficial@gmail.com.
